The website operator takes your privacy very seriously and treats your personal data as confidential in accordance with legal requirements. As changes may be made to this Data Protection Statement because of new technologies and the constant development of this website, we recommend that you reread the Data Protection Statement on a regular basis.
Definitions of the terms used (e.g. “personal data” or “processing”) can be found in Article 4 GDPR.
To give the data you have transmitted the best possible protection, the website operator uses SSL encryption. Connections encrypted in this way can be recognised by the prefix “https://” in the link in your browser’s address bar.
Unencrypted pages are identified by “http://”.
Thanks to SSL encryption, none of the data that you transmit to this website - e.g. in queries or when logging in - can be read by third parties.
We, the website operator and provider, collect data on access to the website and save this as “server log files” on the website’s server on the basis of our legitimate interest (see point f of Article 6(1) GDPR). The following data is recorded in this way:
• Website visited
• Date and time of access
• Volume of data transmitted in bytes
• Source/link from which you visited the site
• Browser used
• Operating system used
• IP address used
The server log files are stored for a maximum of 7 days and then deleted. Data is stored for security reasons, e.g. to enable cases of misuse to be resolved. If data must be collected as evidence, it is exempt from erasure until the matter has been fully settled.

However, we save the details of your access to this website (without any personal references) in order to improve our online content. Data being stored by us will be erased, provided it is no longer necessary for its intended purpose and there are no statutory retention periods. If the data cannot be erased because it is necessary for legally permitted purposes, the processing of the data will be restricted. In this case, the data will be made unavailable and will not be processed for other purposes.
